How do I delete my Rukuri account?

Account deletion is permanent. All your data, applications, and listings will be removed. Suspending the account is alternative option.

Before you delete:

  • Download any data you want to keep via Settings → Privacy → Export Data.

  • If you have an active Recruiter subscription, cancel it first to avoid further charges.

To DELETE your account:

  1. Go to Settings.

  2. Scroll to the bottom and click Delete Account.

  3. Enter your password to confirm and click Permanently Delete.

Hint: Alternatively you can Deactivate your account; and login back again will reactivate your account.

⚠️ Deletion cannot be undone. If you change your mind, you'll need to register a new account.
